Mediation fees are simple and transparent: an hourly rate, calculated per participant.

The fee for drafting the settlement agreement in writing is a one-off fee of HUF 45,000 (gross).
The fee is time-based: an hourly rate, calculated separately for each participant. The total cost therefore depends on three things.
The fee is calculated separately for each participant, so the total fee rises with the number of participants.
A mediation session lasts up to three hours, and the whole process typically takes one to four months. For a well-defined issue, fewer sessions may be enough; for a more complex dispute, more may be needed.
The hourly rate is the same in every area of mediation – divorce, relationship, business, and family and inheritance mediation alike. The cost is determined by the time involved.
These fees apply to mediation only. The mediator is impartial and therefore provides neither legal representation nor legal advice during the mediation. If you need this, the fee for legal representation is agreed separately.
